CHIPPY STAFF w/ Great Coffee! I think the staff at this Starbucks are a bit sensitive as they encounter a lot of older “Karen” types. I feel bad for them, however they should treat friendly customers a little better, I wasn’t totally happy with the service. I was literally standing behind my Dad in line (we were paying separately) and some lady (barista) told me to back up. Ummm… I was in the right spot, no need for ‘tude!

That being said, the coffee was phenomenal and not watered down! I ordered a cold brew with oat-milk and I absolutely loved it. It’s low-calorie and my Starbucks go-to. The decor and structure was amazing, definitely an artistic and beautiful Starbucks. Both inside and out, it was trendy and very inviting.

I enjoyed my coffee at the outside tables to enjoy the sounds of the beach and fresh morning air. My order was prepared fairly quickly.

Rude and Unnecessary Policy – Bad Experience

Visited this Starbucks on February 17, 2025 10am, and had one of the worst customer service experiences. My wife and I were at the counter deciding what to order when she suddenly needed to use the restroom. The lady at the counter refused to give us the code, saying we had to order first. My wife was in discomfort while we were still trying to decide, but the counter lady showed no consideration at all.

Out of frustration, I asked another employee who came from the kitchen side, and he immediately gave me the code without any issue. So clearly, the refusal wasn’t some strict company policy—it was just unnecessary attitude from the counter lady.

I’ve never experienced this kind of nonsense at a Starbucks before. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back. Terrible service.

Starbucks raised our prices, but lowered the quality. Their cups start decomposing while you’re drinking it even first sip. I’ve lost so many clothes because of Starbucks. Now I’m done. I’ve moved on.

Today I had a “not so Starbucks like” experience in this branch of Starbucks. After ordering a filthy number of drinks and snacks when I asked the counter for an extra water cup, the guy on the counter made me wait for 10 mins. Even after asking for a couple of times he responded “we are hands full” and then when I replied “ how long I need to wait for a empty water cup”, he asked me to go to the counter where I had to place a fresh order. The story doesn’t end here - they made me wait for 5 more mins till I got it back. Is it racist? We were on way way from the beach and not dressed up properly? Is that the reason? Or the guy on the counter with flashing tattoo didn’t like my face ?. If anyone else has that experience, feel free to share ?
