Another experience Customer service so bad I got a coffee From Starbucks, The one at the mall Malibu California Two block away there is another Starbucks I tried to use the bathroom She said oh you have to make a purchase here I told her I just got a coffee still hot from the other location No, this is policy I can’t . Starbucks this is your policy? Why you don’t teach your employees how to handle situation like this?

This location has a comfortable layout with plenty of seating, both inside and along the covered walkway, which makes it an easy spot to meet someone, get a little work done, or just take a break while running errands.

This is one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had in a while. The staff here is super friendly, and they really came through when my mobile order glitched.
I was ordering a drink for someone in my group through the app, and it accidentally sent the order to a completely different Starbucks way out in another part of SoCal. The app auto-selected a “favorite” location and I didn’t notice. It was a frustrating situation — but again, not this store’s fault at all.
Luckily, Martin at the counter was super understanding and helped me out right away. No stress, no attitude — just said “No worries” and remade the drink on the spot. That kind of service makes all the difference. Huge thank you to Martin — you made our day a lot smoother.
The store itself is clean, has a good Malibu vibe, and yes — they have a bathroom (you’ll just need a code, but it’s there!).
If you’re cruising through Malibu and need a reliable Starbucks with friendly people who care, this is a great one to stop at.

The cashier is a young guy who doesn't look like he wants to work there. He was impolite, didn't ask and didn't write the name when the order was ready he didn't tell me about it but just threw it near the cash register.
