The most beautiful, peaceful beach I've ever been too! As you come from the parking lot, the beach starts to descend down slightly, that way once at the shore it's like a light hill behind you. This blocks out all the sounds from passing cars and folks playing volleyball on the upper beach area. So when you are relaxing on the beach all you hear is the load waves crashing. It's so peaceful! It's a quiet beach since it's out of the city so you almost never have another group close to you. I can't visit So Cal without stopping here!

Zuma Beach is great, but this cafe is really gross. However, if you are desperate for some fries or ice cream, this is your only choice. Everything is really expensive and it's hard to communicate with the workers, but hey it gets the job done. I would recommend picking up McDonalds or something on the way to the beach. You would save a lot of money!

Nothing spectacular but definitely hit the spot while we were at the beach. It was a really nice day and the beach wasn't too crowded so we decided to treat ourselves with a treat from the Zuma Beach Cafe. There was a little line with the kids and the food did take a while to be ready, but we were starving. Walking up to Zuma Beach Cafe, there's not much of an entrance but it's presence is definitely noticeable. We decided to order the nachos and the fries. Our nachos were not warm at all and were you standard cheese on tortilla chips. The fries were definitely saltier than they needed be and the portions were tiny. If you're starving, I would say this would be food but honestly worth considering driving on the coast and seeing the other options for food. The view in Malibu can't be beat so definitely bring it by the water!

We where here 3 days ago. There was an argument between a customer (a shy young girl and her mom) and the son of the owner (lady) - both where there. The son was rude and super sarcastic even though he was in the wrong. When the customer asked to speak to his manager his mom said she was the owner but never confronted her son, infact she came up for the son, which shocked us all standing in line. Poor service, overpriced, lack of staff and lack professionalism. The son is probably in his late 30's and looks like he still lives with his mom.
