Cancelling a reservation is virtually impossible. We still haven't figured out how to do it. Stinks of scam.

The hotel is really cozy… but I would still never come again which is because of their practices in the restaurant.
They automatically add an 18% gratuity. This was NOT mentioned when ordering and was NOT on the menu (it only states that gratuity applies for parties of 7 or more, which we were not). When you sign the check, they prompt you to add a tip again, trying to squeeze an extra 20% from their guests. They also added a credit card surcharge, again without informing us beforehand. I felt scammed.
After realizing this, we went back to the restaurant and asked for the gratuity to be removed, which they did.

Their breakfast options are limited but there is public transportation into town that comes by regularly.
They will clean the room everyday.

A basic 3 star hotel but rooms were good size. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very very ordinary. Location is good - near Village in Mammoth Lakes.

We had a one night stay here. The room was small but well decorated and lovely and clean. We also had a small balcony which was nice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was an added bonus. We had a coffee and then took our muffins and cake with us for lunch. The cake was particularly tasty. Nice quiet stay.

The people working at the front desk were very nice! The rooms were great and spacious with a balcony. There is also a hot tub (we didn't use). My only complaint is that the breakfast was not good. The coffee was ok, but the options were limited. The banana bread and muffins were tasteless and bland. The only thing we ate was yogurt. Otherwise, the only other problem is that there is not elevator so you have to carry your bags up.

The picture of hotel is much nicer than it is. Rooms are ok but not that clean. Show a wonderful hot tub and so disappointed to walk out in bathing suit to see it had a cover inside spa, not covering the spa but a bit covering the water. Spelt bad not clean and water was not even hot. My child was so disappointed Had dinner downstairs and it was ok but I would not go back

My husband and I have stayed at the main lodge before since the location is hard to beat-just a walking distance from the slopes! However, the price they’re charging is outrageous when you look at what you get- the room is very basic and has a moldy smell, “breakfast” which includes yogurt and dry cupcakes which seem were made a week ago (they had a really nice breakfast at the restaurant last time we were here). For the price they’re charging at-least have fresh baked goods and a better variety of fruit. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Lots of good here. Really enjoyed the food and bar area. The location is hard to beat. The staff were all really friendly. Not sure about the rooms in the main lodge but in the condos across the street, the rooms could really use an overhaul. They were clean and well kept but for the price I'd expect a little nicer. I guess maybe everything is just more expensive than it should be these days.

We had three rooms of people and a single car and they did not have a single parking spot available to us. Incredibly bad service and parking system where they sell parking to anyone and do not prioritize hotel guests. We will not be returning.
