Meal was delicious, but from order to receiving a little of a long wait.
Base Camp Cafe in Mammoth Lakes is a hidden gem. It’s tucked in a corner of a strip mall and offers a decent breakfast and lunch menu. I love their omelette choices, especially the one loaded with bacon and sausage. As for lunch, check out their sandwiches. They’re solid.Although somewhat hidden, the cafe can get busy so arrive early.
If you want really good menudo you want to go to Basecamp.
First time there. Tried their breakfast bagel. Pretty good.
Covid19 has created some ingenuity in outdoor dining. Friendly staff. Very attentive. Good food.
friendly staff good food nice patio
My kids had carne asada tacos plain, they enjoyed that. My sister and I had hamburgers I got the classic cheeseburger and my sister got their special burger that was suppose to be tri too. The burgers were so disgusting I took a few bites and didn’t finish it. I was so disappointed...
Soon to be re-named Puerto Vallarta I believe because that is where the new owners are from. Supposed to continue the same menu. Outdoor seating available as the Governor decides. No longer offers wi-fi
Great food. I had the Cali omelette with turkey. They also have a good salsa. The service was great and friendly.
GREAT BREAKFAST !!!! Delicious , highly recommend . Great service . Homemade potatoes , homemade tortillas added great complement to our breakfast . Do t forget your mammoth mimosa !!!!! ????

Food was good but waitress was very mediocre. We got the good earth sandwich with sweet potato fries
Great little restaurant! Whether you get a soup, salad, sandwich or whatever you cannot go wrong. Try their curly fries. Absolutely out of this world, so light and fluffy tasting! And get ranch dressing on the side. Yum!
Arrived 45 minutes before closing and they didn’t want to serve us
Pretty bad food. I ordered a Turkey+Cranberry sandwich, the cranberry sauce came from jar, the bread was stale, there was too much mayo. Kids mac and cheese, while not cheep, seems to be from the Kraft box. The service and drinks are ok. Outdoor seating is good during covid.
Good food and a neat atmosphere but a little pricey for lunch
