“CJ and Carl made tonight's dinner the best meal we've had in Mammoth.

All the wait staff did an amazing job!

What really made our meal was when the staff realized that we liked rare meat, they went out of their way to bring us the best rare pieces. THAT, is what separates a good restaurant from a great restaurant!

The ambiance was perfect, it wasn't loud and they sat us right next to the fire! The tables even have little lights to better see the food, it was just a really nice touch. The velvet chairs were some of the nicest I've ever sat on in a restaurant.

The standout dishes for myself and my partner were the marinated skirt steak and the picanha.

Bottom line, tonight was a great meal in a classy restaurant with attentive staff.

“Everything we’ve eaten here has been so good! Our second stay in the last month and tried everything. Every staff member in the restaurant morning or dinner (especially Emily) has been so kind and helpful. Yes prices have increased but hasn’t everything?! It’s mammoth and the atmosphere couldn’t be better.“

“We have been to Vulcania before and always enjoy the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. This time we had the mozzarella sticks, chicken parmesan and ravioli bolognese, and all items were a hit. For drinks, the whiskey sour was delicious, we highly recommend. And for dessert, the Panna Cotta was lovely, perfect way to end the experience. Our server Juliet was very sweet and provided recommendations. Service was fast. We will be back to Vulcania anytime we visit Mammoth.“
