Devils Creek Distillery

Wonderful distillery. Staff were really friendly and attentive and our cocktails were phenomenal. I got the hot toddy with maple rum and my boyfriend got the smoke jumper old fashioned. Best hot toddy and old fashioned we ever had! Bonus points we were able to eat delicious smoked brisket from the truck outside. Beautiful on the inside. Would def recommend on your way in or out or anytime on your trip in mammoth!

We love Devil's Creek! So much so, that when my husband and I were informed of a Southern tradition to bury a bottle of bourbon at your ceremony site to ward off bad weather, we knew the bottle had to come from Devil's Creek.

Lo and behold, no bad weather!! We chose the right bottle.

The Whiskey tasting was a fun sampling of their top spirits, BUT the Smokejumper was the main event!

Devils creek is amazing! Family owned spot that does not disappoint. They have amazing whiskey, bourbon and rum options but hands down the single barrel is the best. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work.

We had a private tasting with John. He has a wealth of knowledge, and was so much fun to talk to! It was a great experience and we will absolutely be back!

Straight up one of the best old fashion's i've ever had in my life! The owners are super friendly and passionate and it shows in their building and their drinks. Definitely come try them out

Highly recommend! Did a private tasting and was able to try ryes and rums in addition to an awesome tour. Our group tried a couple different cocktails which were also good. Local family locally made. Such a great find.

Great experience and highly recommended! We had high expectations and John and Luan did not disappoint! Whiskey was excellent and the friendly welcoming atmosphere was the best! Our new favorite!

This place is great. Mom and pop distillery that has good drinks. The tasting flight is only $10. They will give you a tour of their distilling area and walk you through the process. Has mixed drinks too. We visit here every time we come to Mammoth.

Absolute favorite spot in Mammoth. John and Luan are the friendliest hosts and Clayton turns out an incredible product. Personal favorite this time was the small batch rye but you can’t go wrong. Cannot recommend Devils Creek enough to anyone visiting Mammoth.

We stumbled upon this place a year ago while waiting for our hotel check-in and could not wait to go back this year. John and Luan are personable, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to. They make us feel like locals every time! Their son, Clayton, has the distilling down to a science! We love every taster and cocktail here. We already can’t wait to come back on our next ski trip.
