Gave them another shot b/c of the tots. Weekday delivery took 1 hour. Food was cold. Chicken was undercooked.Tots were burnt. Pizza was cardboard. Looked bad and tasted worse. Waste of $$ and food.
I decided to check on my order in person around 8:15ish instead of continuing to wait for the order I placed for delivery at 7:51. The status notification of my order online said "preparation" as I pulled away from my home. When I arrived at the store, (2-3 minutes away) my online order still notified as "preparation".
