So they don’t answer their phone. I called around 8pm. Good got to me just fine. Alfredo pasta had no Alfredo . I think it was just noodles and melted cheese on top with some sort of crumbly cheese (?). Very disappointing. I have a $10 tip. But pizza was good which was the saving grace.

y'all came to the wrong door first despite me putting in the right number in the comments. worse than that I ordered cinnamon bites and instead got garlic, the cinnamon bites were the most important part of the order. after that I call the store 20 times with no answer. not cool

Staff is friendly but they are always very slow especially if they are not busy. Not sure what that’s about. 2 separate times I’ve actually gone in the store and no one was inside. Come to find out the only employee was sitting in his car outside…

I track the status of my pizza and it said completed I came To the store and my pizza wasn’t ready waited 20 more mins and the guy on his phone not paying attention and also he sneezed and didn’t wash his hands and started to prepare pizza I walked out so fast
2 hours late, no answer from phone, no updates, actually horrible service, cannot stress enough it was disgusting

We bought two three-topping pizzas, expected to deliver to our cabin. Little did we know, an HOUR AND A HALF after waiting, and with no communication on their end, we had to call and find out that they were unable to deliver to our address. WE went to go pick up the food, no refund on delivery fee, however they compensated us with 3 yummy lava cakes, so I'll give them that. HOWEVER, to our horror once we opened our pizzas excited to taste some yummy sausage, THEY FORGOT IT! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Also crust was unseasoned and mid.
