Very cold welcome, we were told before we arrived that we had a reservation for 9 and when we arrived, we were told that they did not take reservations. Several free tables that we moved ourselves and the same for the chairs that were missing from our table, including the baby chair. We were just told where she was. When ordering we ordered a plate for my baby which never arrived. The fries were very salty and the Kids Burger was tasteless, only bread and steak, no cheese, no tomato: very very dry. Food poisoning for everyone who had the burgers: meat not fresh. If you don't want to be sick don't go there. To flee +++

Everything we’ve eaten here has been so good! Our second stay in the last month and tried everything. Every staff member in the restaurant morning or dinner (especially Emily) has been so kind and helpful. Yes prices have increased but hasn’t everything?! It’s mammoth and the atmosphere couldn’t be better.

When I tried here in Jan 2023 - there was a completely different menu with a great selection and very tasty food and drinks.
And when I saw the pitch - I even took a picture. But it was January 2023.
But this time the menu was sparse, the cheapest food that got bumped up more than 100%
They brought me a burger that was not cooked through and I asked for it to be redone, and I took a bite. And the cook finished the patty (or rather, overcooked it, which you can't do) and they brought me the same burger with the bread overbitten. Also with a rubber patty.
Surprisingly, when the manager tried to pretend - what's wrong? She doesn't realize that the "dish" needs to be remade with a new one. Not cold fries and an overcooked and rubbery burger that's been bitten into.

The food was not tasty, not good value for money. 18$ for a tough dry burger with no lettuce, tomatoes. You must arrive before 8:45 or you will be sent to the lobby to eat your food with plastic cutlery. Too bad because the setting and staff are very good!

Why does this place smell like vomit? Why is the carpeting covered in sticky nasty goop from the last 30 years? Seriously.Go to the bar, walk to the far right bar stool. Sit down. Take a deep breath. You'll run. RUN. Immediately from the premises.

I have 8 here before and had some drinks which were very good unfortunately I didn't get to visit this time due to the pandemic it was not open when I visited so did not get to eat there or drink there this time but I do recommended when it is open
