Found this hidden gem in Mammoth and had to share. Drake, the owner, is one of the friendliest people you’ll meet and truly cares about his food and customers. The BBQ was AMAZING! easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Smoky, juicy, full of flavor. If you’re in Mammoth, don’t miss this spot.

A friend brought me to try out the brisket sandwiches, and I opted for some mac n cheese as a side. Wow, what a great last meal to bookend a Mammoth trip! The owner recommended we try out the cheddar-jalapeño elk sausage; I’m glad we took him up on it, because it was 10/10 delicious. Highly recommend stopping by and trying out the BBQ here — I know I am (again)!
