GOJIRA Ramen & Sushi

Cozy and chill restaurant went to get ramen after slopes but they were out of one of the ingredients for the vegetarian friendly ramen so I ended up ordering miso soup and Gyazo which was yummy. Our server was friendly and on point. Would definitely go back.

Found it on Google maps, bus stop right out front. Large menu with great pictures so one can see what to expect. Intimate dining room with Japanese posters of many Godzilla movies (seen most of them). Anyway, food and presentations first rate. They do something to the low salt soy sauce that gives it a unique sweet flavor. Also would recommend the lemon vodka Japanese cocktail 🍸.

Parking: The Red Line stops right out front of the parking lot.

Noodles are ok, their takoyaki is top tier imo
However their server won't allow me to keep a menu, saying it's against their rules 🤷 weird but ok...

When I went here, I was expecting it to be good. I didn't expect nearly perfection. This restaurant probably has the best bento box that I've ever had. I would definitely recommend coming here to others, excellent food, good prices.

Good food in a casual place. Given the limited options of Asian food in mammoth, this is a great place to have. They had good variety on the menu and we were happy with everything.

Really good ramen in Mammoth, but it does get busy and wait times vary on weekends vs weekdays. The tempura was crispy and perfectly prepared, sushi rolls were all tasty and we had the Miso ramen and Gojiramen as well and both hot the spot. Service is very prompt, from taking the order, bringing the food to the table, and busing various items away. Don't be surprised if they present you with the check quickly at the end of the meal as they are trying to make table space due to the lines of people waiting outside.

Wait over 50 minutes than their average waiting time for pick up, still got the extremely cold bad food. Also, they did not give me 2 cans of soda and a $20 sushi rolls!!! Super bad experience and wish they can treat their customers nicer👎

The Tuna is not so great, other than that, is OK, but I honestly will prefer to try other options before returning to this place. Stick with the spicy Ramens.

last yesr were Japanese run the restaurant, food were good, and I was enjoyed the reman. The price wasn’t that high before.
Now? 🥴$19 for a bowl of ramen? Fried chicken $12 for 6 little pieces. I will never come back 100% for sure.

First time eating at this fun restaurant and loved it. Casual ambiance with delicious food. Couldn’t decide on ramen or sushi so got both. We had the Black garlic tonkatsu ramen, so, so good. I highly recommend it. Added some salmon sushi that was so fresh and delicious too. And of course, sake. It was our last night but if had been our first, we would have eaten here several times! We definitely will be back next trip to Mammoth.

One of the two places that serves sushi in town. It's hard to compare such good restaurants, but gojira has the best atmosphere for a sushi restaurant I've ever been in. Love the theme. Love the sushi. Love the service!

Came in with a group of 6 people, we were seated quickly. The Godzilla theme is really cool, lots of movie posters and memorabilia everywhere. We all ordered different sushi, rolls, and ramen. The service was really quick, it didn't take long to get the sushi and ramen, most other places take a while, this was on a Friday night too! Definitely high praise since we were all hungry. Be mindful that they don't split the check, so you'll have to decide who pays for the tab if you're in a group like us. Highly recommend the gojira roll and ramen, so good!
