I usually have no issues with anything at this restaurant , but I ate there last Friday night and I had a problem with one of the items. There is chili on the menu, advertised as “loaded”. What I got was a cup of chili with a squirt of sour cream on top, for $12. It tasted like someone had opened a can of Dinty Moore chili. Not the level of food that I expect and have received at this restaurant prior to this . I know resort food is expensive but jeez, 12 bucks for a cup of canned chili? Come on! Very disappointed.

The views from here are phenomenal. The menu is a bit limited, but the food was good. My wife loved the Mac and cheese. Obviously the food is spendy since it's at a resort, but that's expected.

The food was decent for the Thanksgiving dinner. Our table party of 7, knew the manager and assistant manager and got everything comped that day so can't complain. Endless bar drinks, and champagne free of charge. Our table ate most the crab legs so there wasn't enough for the other reservations that night. We didn't have to pay but tipped our server amazing that night. So for my review, can't complain with paying nothing for a very expensive night!

I had a wonderful dinner during my stay here. I’m traveling solo so I sat at the bar, even though the staff had a huge table they still provided me with great service! My rice and fish were cooked perfectly

Très bon restaurant, la nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, et mention spéciale à Kevin, qui m’a offert une petite soupe au butternut absolument savoureuse suite au retard du service de mon burger. Je conseille si vous êtes en road trip ( le rêve américain )

I had dinner in this restaurant because I was staying at the Mammoth Mountain Inn hotel so it was convenient to come here. The atmosphere was really nice and the food was good, the only negative point were the expensive prices (30-45$ for a main course).

Second stay in the last month and tried everything is so good, prices are fair considering it’s mammoth in the most epic atmosphere; staff is super accommodating and friendly. So thankful this restaurant is here for our long stay.

Recommended dishes: Avocado Toast

Ate breakfast and dinner here with my family. Breakfast cold and no flavor. Ordered 2 steaks and pork chop. Had to send all of it back due to being undercooked. Steak was supposed to be a NY strip and there was no way it was. After receiving the order a second time, pork was still undercooked. Water never came and asked three waiters for our wine that never came. $200 bill and the worst service and food we have had at Mammoth. Avoid this place.

This was a truly horrible experience. I ordered the steak and eggs (medium), and coffee, and the coffee arrived 20 minutes late. Then, a party with the same amount of people as us came, after we ordered, and they left well before we got our food. After an hour, our food finally came, and my steak was the size of 2 ketchup packets, and overcooked. So, in conclusion, DO NOT come here. The people are constantly messing up your order, the service is in the toilet, and the food isn’t sufficient enough to keep you full

Parking: Parking is for guests only and I've never had an issue finding a spot, but we also tend to arrive early and never leave the area since the inn has everything we need in terms of food/hot tub etc.

Recommended dishes: Arugula Salad

The staff is very friendly, the food is good.
The ambience is reminiscent of an alpine hut - well, why not.
