No idea if the food here is objectively good but I'm still obsessed with their breakfast (esp the fluffy pancakes) weeks after stopping to eat on my JMT trip. I tried to make my own pancakes at home because I couldn't stop thinking about them! A bit pricey but they give you so much food, it was amazing!
Love this place! First time here and worth to eat after doing trails. Perfect setting in the woods. They open as early as 7 am for breakfast till 10 am and reopens for lunch at 12 noonIce cream was creamy!! Not sure if its locally made but it taste so. The root beer float was perfect thirst quencher.The tuna melt was heavenly!! I can’t forget how tasty it was even though its a simple sandwich.The employees are kind. Kudos to the sweet lady who stirs up desert and taking orders...
We stopped at Reds on our JMT hike to Happy Isles. Such a great spot. Had a burger and Dr Pepper on ice. Store had our resupply canister and some treats for the trail. Shower and laundry a huge treat. We didn’t stay the night but it was an oasis
