I can't speak to the food counter up front but the wine bar in the back was super cozy with friendly service, good wine, and a couple of TVs to catch the game. Would come back.

Had delicious crepes here. We got a savory one and a sweet one. Both delicious! Will be going back soon for more. We went around noon during a weekday and it was pretty quiet. Service is ok.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I wanted to recognize Liz. This was our second visit, and she once again provided amazing service. Despite of staff challenges, Liz handled the situation professionally and made sure we were taken care of. She stayed on top of everything—helping guests, supporting the rest of the staff, and stepping in wherever she was needed. her positive attitude makes a big difference. Thank you, Liz, for making us feel so welcomed.

Bad service, even we tip they are angry to work in Christmas Eve. The hot chocolate is cold. Not worth it. We asked for eat it and got disposables.

Side Door is a must-visit in Mammoth! Patrick at the bar is a 10/10 bartender at this fine establishment. His customer service is top-notch and he makes the whole experience great. Excellent drinks and even better vibes. Highly recommend!

I returned my crepe as it was undercooked. Did not get a refund for check #3 on 11/16/25

Came for breakfast and had their breakfast burrito which had bacon bits and potato and eggs and I added chorizo. It was so good. Husband had bagel and lox which he enjoyed, too. Apple cider was delicious, too. Service was friendly and fast!

A Hidden Gem in Mammoth Village!

Side Door is the best-kept secret in Mammoth! Tucked away in the village, this cozy spot delivers in every way—from food to vibes. Their crepes are absolutely delicious, with a gluten-free batter that’s light, flavorful, and perfect for sweet or savory cravings. Don’t skip the breakfast potatoes—they’re crispy, buttery perfection, easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere.

The espresso is rich and bold, and their award-winning Bloody Mary? Totally lives up to the hype. Whether you’re coming in for a slow breakfast, a chill lunch, or a cozy dinner with friends, Side Door hits the mark every time. Can’t wait to come back!

We went in for wine and dinner however the place was totally empty. The staff were eating their meal when we walked in and it looked like we disturbed them. I asked them what was on the happy hour menu and she didn’t know if they had a happy hour and told me it ended at 5. I told her it ended at 6 and she had no idea of what was on the menu and said the tapas and a cocktails might be 10% off. Well we ended up leaving a bit disappointed however if you look at other reviews I think we made the best decision.

A dark, empty, and depressing place. The employees were sitting in the back playing on their phones. My order was taken by a young lady who looked like she'd just woken up from a nap, and the cook seemed annoyed that he had to get up from his chair.
I couldn't eat my sandwich because the meat tasted so bad. It was completely overcooked, dry, and salty. A horrible experience.

Amazing local spot. Service at the bar is super friendly. Dog friendly, which is a huge plus. Albondigas meatballs are a must, easily the best thing on the menu. Perfect place to chill and decompress after a day on the runs.

This place has great food and really good drinks and also has a full coffee bar. If you come and it’s cold outside, please try the hot apple cider

We like the place, but on our last visit it was starting to feel a little worn, A little sprucing up would make it perfect.
