Worst starbucks I've ever been to. $10 drink that I've ordered a dozen times. Tastes unrecognizable and awful.

Walked in and waited around an hour to get my drink with the employees being rude and completely incompetent. Shoutout Johanna! Absolutely disappointed and they all need to be replaced ASAP. All employees then managed to disappear and leave costumers waiting in a long line. Never coming again. These employees need to learn the value of costumers time because they are embarrassing starbucks as a whole.

Terrible experience, did not feel welcome at all, the girl at the restaurant was so rude, she kept talking a guy ( her friend) did not pay attention to my order, when i asked again, she said we don't carry that drink, so I asked her to give me just a regular coffee with sugar and creamer and one more different drink, regular coffee that she gave me was cold, not fresh at all, told her about that, she did apologized, but after 10 minutes, I could tell she gave me back the same coffee and the other drink was watered down as well, I was traveling with family and kids, did not want to argue, dumped both of D drinks right outside her store, I would recommend stay away and take you business to a different location.

I’m not sure if anyone will read this, but my experience here was very disappointing. The service was incredibly slow—there was only one staff member working, and it took 50 minutes just to place an order and receive a drink. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my order, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Slowest Starbucks EVER with only one person working during peak coffee time, AND they got my order wrong, causing me to be late to my tour. The baristas are incompetent and their customer service is terrible.

Waited for over 20 mins for single coffee order. They weren’t following the line while making the orders, so someone who ordered later than me, went with their order before me. They seem under staffed and frustrated because of the same reason.

I was at this place 20 minutes before closing time, there were just two people in front of me. Employee told me thay it was already closed. Why closing time is at 7pm then. Set it at 6.40pm, so I don't have waste my time going there :|
Love this Starbucks! I'm sure they do have trouble staffing, but this place is awesome. One of the best Starbucks ever.

Terrible experience. Waited no less than 10 minutes to place my order with ZERO people in front of me. Employee was making 5+ to go drinks including multiple blended drinks. Went to place my order and there was no sugar substitute and my drink was essentially not available. Employee could care less with no apology for the wait. Don't go here. Very disappointing customer service.
