No food, several people asked for food items and were told food was in the freezer and the employee would have to break it out. A couple of people left without ordering anything. I won't be returning.
This location is in the Vons Pharmacy that includes the Starbucks. You will find some souvenirs, basic pharmacy items and some sweat shirts that you can checkout at the Starbucks counter. When we went there were only two ladies who were overwhelmed and they did the best they could but the amount of orders and how busy it got you can tell they were overwhelmed. Still the ladies were very professional and nicee, kudos to them.
I wasn't a local so I was told there was no venti cups available, but 2 sec later a few locals came in and were given venti drinks. My pumpkin muffin was hard as if they were left out even warming it up did not help.. very disappointed ?
