I belive the name has changed. Got there at closing hour so maybe limited staff. Ordered everything on the menu, possibly one cook busted it all out . Food good service was slow but expected when you order everything.
We wanted good Mexican food while staying in Mammoth. Boy, did we find it! I enjoyed the beef nachos (big enough for 1 dinner and 2 lunches!) Best nachos that I've had in years! My dining partner enjoyed a chicken enchilada dinner with rice and refried beans. All was excellent! Service was very attentive! We really enjoyed our meals. We'll definitely be back! Happy to support a small local business. BTW...the name of the place changed...not Loco Frijole, but you won't...
Food was just okay. Ordered carne asada steak and it was incredibly salty, and I love salty food so yea, too salty. My husband ordered the Shrimp Diablo and it was also just ok. Maybe we ordered the wrong food choices.
