Locals parking lot and puppy lovers. Access to only 2 chairs vs main or canyon which offers more chair access. Be aware of huge lines when u park there. Chair 2 & 10 usually have frequent holds.

Van lifers paradise. The only consideration is that the mill itself has limited restrooms and they aren’t always super clean. The proximity to lifts is excellent and everyone in this area is chill hanging out with their pups.

FREE! Really like parking here and using it as "a home base" for our ski day. Small lot fills quickly, but you can drop off skiers close to the lifts and find ample parking along side of road. We bring a picnic lunch and usually manage to get a closer spot at lunchtime. The Mill Cafe has decent food choices, too.
Easy parking for chair lift up to McCoy. In the summer awesome place to jump on mtn bike trails or hiking. There are events like weddings anniversary parties, races, etc held here and so sometimes it is busy. It's also a common parking lot for overnight truck campers in the winter so it fills up fast.
