Stopped by for breakfast and had a great experience. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the cozy ambiance made it a nice spot to start the day. The food was tasty and satisfying, and they have free parking which is always a plus. It’s located a little away from the main downtown, but definitely worth the short drive.

My husband and I came here for lunch last weekend when we were in town. I really wish this wasn’t a negative review, but the food just wasn’t good and not at all worth the price. Our bill was a little over $50 and what we ordered was a coffee, a soda and two entrees. I got a very greasy, tough-to-chew country fried steak and my husband had an omelette that had big uncooked chunks of bell peppers and the eggs were watery and not cooked all the way through inside. I asked my husband if he’d like to let the waitress know but we decided against it as they were near closing. We barely ate half of each of our orders. Our waitress was friendly, pleasant and prompt so no issues there.

The prime rib hash is a go to at the stove. It's always busy but you get your food quick and it always tastes amazing everytime I've gone there.

We love this small, homey restaurant. The food is always good. I especially love the pancakes. The service team is friendly and very efficient. It reminds me of when we used to ski at Mammoth in the 70s and 80s. Like going home.

We arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday morning to find the place bustling with business, always a good sign! After looking at the menu and reviews I decided I had to try the French toast which I could only describe as amazing. Slightly crispy exterior perfectly cooked interior nothing could Make it any better hands down probably the best French toast I've ever had! My wife got a patty melt and onion rings and while I can't speak for the patty melt gun rings were also amazing and probably some of the best I've ever had. From the staff of front to the waiters and bussers everybody was happy to help and their service was great. Will return anytime I'm in Mammoth.

Good experience but sadly did not live up to the hype. My food was just way too heavy. I got gravy boat. Husband bad chicken fried steak and it was just ok.

Obviously the go to place in town to eat. One part tradition one part good breakfast. I get my young kids to eat the egg/bacon/pancake from kids menu. I recommend the steak and egg hash - super tasty. Good coffee. Kids menus and crayons available.
