Horrible service. We came here to get some breakfast. Instead, we were educated by our server, Courtney, about fun facts of life. For example if you go to a restaurant you have to spend money. Mind blown!Long story short. I ordered a dish and asked if one side could be swapped for another side. She said no problem. You may be thinking that it was an agreement for a 1 for 1 swap with no additional charge, right? Because she would have informed me that they can't swap it, but they can take out a side at a very small discount from the dish and upcharge the other side at close to 50% of my entire meal. At least she educated me on how stupid i was to make such a preposterous assumption. After finding out how dumb i was, she was happy to forgive me and make me pay the full amount for this mistake.Other than that, the food is average and the place is ok at best. With the horrible service i would go elsewhere

This place is pretty good, our food came out hot and fresh, our server was nice and I really enjoyed the prime rib french dip w/ zucchini. My boyfriend got the Sierra sunrise skillet and a side of Mac n cheese. Had us full all day ready for our next adventure. Irish coffee is one of my fav so I had to order that and it didn't disappoint. Worth a try :)

A cute neighborhood restaurant. Indoor seating only. We came to check out The Stove around lunch time on a weekday, and it was reasonably busy. Most customers seemed to be local. The menu offers a decent selection of breakfast and lunch items, with a number of sandwich options. The waitress recommended the prime rib hash (and said that the prime rib French dip was similar). We ordered Sierra Sunrise, prime rib French dip, and cinnamon swirl French toast. The portion sizes are generous - the house salad is not just a few pieces of greens but a full plate. The prime rib French dip was delicious but the bread wasn't as airy as I had expected and didn't soak up a lot of soup. Everything else was solid. They also had a large selection of whole and personal pies! They do charge a 15% surcharge for to-go orders though. They use fresh fruits when they are in season, but unfortunately everything is made with canned fruit in the winter. Peach pie was the popular choice but we found it lacking in texture, flavor, and artisanship. It felt like canned peach on top of store-bought pastry sheets.

Literally worst place ever. I ordered a short stack only to have them uncooked. Tasted as if eating the batter raw. Biscuits and gravy had crumbly biscuits and everything cold. Took like 20 minutes for anyone to come to us and took another 30 to get the awful food. Definitely not the place to go

This place was just meh. The food was mediocre and your typical diner food. The menu offerings were a page long and not too extensive. It was a little too greasy for my taste. I was expecting something more wholesome. The service was not great but not terrible. Not worth the price. Will not be returning, sadly.
