I went the first time the other day to this coffee shop. After sharing a bad experience in our hotel, the lovely lady who assisted me early in the morning made my day! I bought some pastries and coffee and wanted to add a small drink she offered me that one as a little gift and mad my whole week look better. Small things like that mean a lot to people who are down or disappointed with some stuff. Thank you for that! I came every single morning there and will come back definitely!
This was our second time visiting. I held off reviewing last time in case it was a fluke, but unfortunately it wasn't... The coffee was not great and never seemed to perk us up at all. Last time we even ordered the Red Eye and felt no caffeine buzz at all. This time, a large mocha didn't do anything for us either. The coffee has a bitter, muddy taste. Food quality is very low (looks like Starbucks quality). All they have a to-go cups which also bothered me how wasteful they are. Music is extremely loud Spanish music - I have nothing against this in general but not the most relaxing or your typical chill “coffee shop” music and hard to do any reading or work here but perhaps that’s their goal. Business hours say open til 2, but sign on the door said 1pm fyi.
