This is supposed to be members only and an exclusive place for people that live in the neighborhood. Clearly this is not the case. Went on Friday night and there was a lovely guitar player and it was an enjoyable safe crowd. Last night it was overly packed and a very strange crowd. Almost as if all the drug dealers and losers came up from the Bronx to hang out. Definitely did not feel safe and clearly majority of the folks were NOT members. For many years this was my home away from home when visiting So Cal. I made many friends here over the years and will always have a soft spot for the 900 Club. I just don't travel anymore since the pandemic. The food is fantastic too.
