Extremely disappointed with the new ownership. I’ve been a customer of Ameci for a few years now, always ordering a large half-and-half pizza (Meat Lovers & Margarita - for my wife) for $27.99 - which is expensive but typically good enough to justify the high price. However, tonight, under this new management, they tried to charge me $44.99 for the same pizza, claiming they have to charge me for BOTH “specialty” pizza’s because of the toppings. WHAT?!?! I tried to explain to them that they’ve never charged me like that before and they’re actually benefitting from my order, from a business perspective, because a Margarita pizza basically has no toppings, whereas the meat lovers is always loaded. So their cost is actually lower for my pizza than had I just ordered a FULL Meat Lovers (for $27.99). The owner didn’t care, saying “this is the way we’re doing things now and this pizza is $44.99”.

After I threatened to refuse the pizza and walk out, he agreed to give me $10 off (so my pizza was $34.99 instead of the $27.99 it should have been), but needless to say, I will not be returning to, or ordering from Ameci again. They’ve lost a customer in me. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

I was also very disappointed in the front desk employees who had a bit of a tone and were argumentative. Not good for business.

To add, Ameci also messed up my order THREE TIMES last month. THREE TIMES. This place has gone down hill in the worst way.

You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Their garlic knots and pasta dishes are delicious! Staff is friendly and service is fast—perfect for takeout or a quick bite. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving good pizza!

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and generous toppings. We tried the Margherita and the Meat Lovers — both were full of flavor and came out piping hot. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. You can tell they care about quality and service. Definitely my new go-to spot for a great slice. Highly recommend!

The people are cool, the lasagna was too salty and the garlic bread was calories.

Ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks. Not only was ordering it difficult but the order was wrong. Called back and asked for a refund for 1 of the pizzas and the manager Samantha said “sorry we can’t give refunds because we’re under new mgmt”. Wow okay never heard of a business that can’t give money back. Companies much larger than this can. Never going back

***just went in person to get a refund (before was over the phone) the ACTUAL MANAGER ISABELLA gave us a refund, no problem. Turns out this Samantha woman lied and said she was the manager. Gave me a hard time and lied about the new mgmt and inability to refund. Wow!! Such integrity***

Place used to be good value! Ordered 2 chicken parmigiana, there was barely any chicken.
Just 3 small strips and a bunch of pasta. They hid pasta in a bunch of cheese so I only noticed barely any chicken once I got home. Both portions were like that! For $32 I could have cooked Trader Joe’s spaghetti with tomato sauce for $5-7 at home! Prices at this location skyrocketed for no reason! And now they apply skimpflation on top! Very shameful! It still tastes good but it’s way overpriced and not worth anymore! They are greedy!

Amazing! Try ALL their food, not just the pizza. I love their pasta. Tell them I sent you.

Ordered the giant pizza with extra cheese. It's close to the NY style pizza, which is what we prefer. Good cheese and good proportion of cheese canzone 4/5. Also ordered a meatball calzone 2.5/5. We didn't like the the sauce and cheese inside, but the meatball was good.

Ordered a penne vodka sauce with fried Eggplant. The “vodka sauce” was really bad. Soupy and not even vodka sauce. It was clearly Alfredo sauce that they put a tiny bit of tomato sauce in, but it was still white. Flavorless too. Barely any eggplant in the pasta. WAY overpriced for bad food that I threw out
