My Pizza was cold, 100% a reheated pizza. Very poor quality. It was ready in 5 minutes after ordering. For the price you pay that pizza should be made fresh. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is so bad, the chicken Philly sandwich was dry, uncooked and had no seasoning. The shrimp scampi pasta tasted like wine, they did not cook it down enough. This was such a waste of money do not go here. They also do not have Apple Pay.

Most of the time I get delivery and they deliver very quickly. I order the chicken parm most of the time and it comes with chicken parm covering a full bed of pasta. However the time before today the amount of chicken was a small thin filet set in the middle of the pasta, I was really disappointed and didn’t want to order from them again. But, I was really craving that dish today and thought that they must have different people fixing the food, so I gave them another chance. I was so happy, the entire dish of pasta was covered with nice thick chicken breasts, enough for two meals, hope they continue to earn my five star review

There were some grumpy men arguing loudly in the front of the restaurant. Made it distracting to focus on my meal while to men were yelling, “Shut up and listen to me!”Staff did nothing to address it. Whatever.The pizza was okay. Not great. Not bad either. Middle of the road. Best to have it delivered or pick it up yourself. Also ask for specials as that I think a coupon or discount makes the value of the pizza given to you a better comparison for the price.
Their online order platform is horrible. Multiple times for pickup orders I've been told that I haven't paid when my credit card shows as already been charged. Then, they refuse to recognize my proof of payment when I show my credit card statement. This doesn't seem right and I don't want to be double charged for the same order. Too many bad customer experiences for online payment of pickup orders that I frankly don't think it's worth it anymore. You've lost my future business and I just wanted to alert other pickup order customers to this ongoing issue as it's a frustrating customer experience to say the least.
