THE STRAWS ARE TOO THIN FOR MILKSHAKES
I came in recently and ordered a milkshake with a special request and the person who helped me, a young woman named Giselle, went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted! But the straws that the owner has switched to are way too thin to adequately drink a milkshake. I had to ask for extra straws just to be able to enjoy my milkshake, and when I used to come to this location in the past (I grew up with this BR) I never had this problem. It feels like a cheap way to cut costs.

We've been going to this Baskin-Robbins for at least 15 years. Great people and great ice. If you stop here check out the mural of Manhattan Beach. Lastly, you gotta check out the coffee shop cold brew.???

Baskin-Robbins has better ice cream than when we were kids. The ice cream is under rated now. It had a creamy base and feels substantial.I used to turn down my free scoops but no longer! They have definitely redeveloped their ingredients and formula over the years and created a better brand.Customer Service here was great. They had kids scoops and cute kids cones. Generous scoops and friendly staff.I wish there were more berry & fruit flavors but am over all pleased.
Outstanding customer service! I had a problem to redeem a coupon code for an Internet order and both the person who picked up the phone (sorry, I didn't catch your name) and Steve, the representative who gave me a call back, were extremely helpful, patiently inviting me to try different methods before we finally found a solution. The absolute best place to go for birthday cakes. They always go above and beyond to create the cutest designs for my daughters. And very reasonable pricing.
Great experience! Ordered a custom ice cream cake, and it turned out better than expected. Jasmine was the decorator and did a fantastic job.
