We tipped the cooks who prepared our food, but the female server was upset with our group for not tipping her as well. Solicitation for tips isn’t good for business.

I wanted to give it a try to this place and taking into account that I follow a low carb "pseudo-keto" diet I wanted to take the risk. So this was a good choice y'all, as long as you DO NOT add any noodles to your order you are low carb and almost gluten free. They have a good meat selection, vegetables are fresh and good selection as well. You need to be careful with the spices if you do not can't tolerate very hot sauce because you can get confused with the multiple options they have. Long story short I do recommend this place, either you're following a strict diet (you manage your portions) or have any food restrictions since you pick your own ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: You can have keto, gluten free, vegetarian or carnivore options, truly up to you!

Yes its fresh and yes its delicious but its way overpriced. The Mongolian grill President made all the restaurants switch to weighing the food and its a total scam. 1.6 lbs for $22.95. Last time !!! Panda Express is also fresh and delicious. Sorry, NOT SORRY :)

Always a wonderful experience! The staff is super nice. The bathrooms are clean. And the flavor here has no limits! Definitely my favorite "mongolian bbq" place!

I give it 4 stars but I wish they would not rotate around the grill dragging your food around with other people’s food when the chefs cook your food. By pushing and dragging your food around the round grill with others in front of you, the sauces of other people’s food gets mixed into yours. They cannot keep all the sauces from going into yours and my food is sometimes too spicy. Yes they do have the note saying tell the chef if you have any allergies issues with spicy food. And they will wipe the grill only if you ask them so that your food can be cooked on a clean grill, but it would be better if they could just cook in one spot that’s not an issue if they also wipe the spices off… and they’re always busy they have a lot of people waiting around the grill so I hate to be “that guy” that stops them and asks for special attention lol! So I don’t. That’s my own fault I guess. I just wanted to write to give you tips-
The meat is mostly frozen in shapes of a tube round and will take up a lot of space in your bowl so put on plastic gloves and cram the meat down, crush it down to make space. Then add the veggies, and no need to pile all in one bowl- go ahead and use 2 bowls and do not listen to the suggestions for sauces, 1 spoon full is NOT enough. I use 3-4 spoon fulls of about 6 different sauces. And if you don’t it’s going to be very bland. Don’t be shy with the sauces. If it is the first time then make a light bowl and try it out then go back and make your bowl again you will get the hang of it and know what you like the second time. Also the spinach cooks down to NOTHING so trust me you will need at least one bowl piled high of just spinach if you want to see any green in your finished dish it truly disappears I don’t know where it goes. Bon appetite!!!!

Liked it you can eat as much as you want for an affordable price. If you dine in, you will not be able to take your leftovers, so make sure you serve yourself what you will be eating.

I've been coming since I was a little boy and my dad has been going even before that.

Big Wok offers many great meat and vegetable options that are cooked right in front of you.

The wait staff are fantastic and offer you Mongolian bread and rice that are absolutely delicious. If you go, you need to try the bread!

I hope this location stays around for a while because it is iconic.

The best mongolian bbq that I ever had. The best part is building your own dinner to unique and most delicious flavors!!!! I especially love the fact you can watch them cook your master piece in front of you!

Fun all-you-can-eat DYI Mongolian BBQ concept. Go to the buffet bar and load up your bowl with your choice of meat and veggies and a separate bowl with noodles and your concoction of sauces. Hand them over to the chef and he'll grill it up for you on a huge Mongolian flat wok. Super kind and helpful lady helped me through the process and made sure I was being looked after. Not super busy on a weekday lunch visit. Great way to fill up with a healthy dose of veggies and protein without the hassle.

The meal was an experience!

You could put the ingredients and sauce (selection and quantity) into your own bowl.
It was freshly cooked live on the “Big Wok”.

Fast and friendly service.

Vegetarian options: Due to the free selection of ingredients, every dish can also be made vegan.

Highly Recommended!!!
