BOA Steakhouse Manhattan Beach

When we arrived we were seated by the window which was open on a pretty chilly night away from the heat lamps. Our waitress disappeared and apparently was called into a meeting which lasted for about 20 to 25 minutes, within 10 minutes of that 25 minutes another waiter came by and informed us that she was in a meeting and asked if he could help So we placed our order with him. The tableside Caesar salad in which they say is amazing was not good at all, It was oversaturated with oil which made the lettuce Wilt and become soggy. When my drink arrived, it tasted watered down and after a few sips I noticed that there was lipstick on my glass. I sent it back And apparently the manager brought it to me himself in which he said nothing when he delivered it. For my entree I ordered the 15-day aged ribeye bone-in medium plus which was very chewy and flavorless when it arrived. Our original waitress finally returned and asked if the manager spoke to me when he brought my drink and I informed her he did not, she seemed a little puzzled as if he was supposed to apologize for the dirty glass. I also noticed that there were two couples who were seated next to our table after we had a ride and the waiters gave a rundown of the entire menu in which we did not receive. Should I mention that I am a man of hue and the other two tables were caucasian. At that point I felt discrimination. My waitress was not attentive and therefore, she only received a $20 tip instead of the $65 tip which was suggested. Overall, I will not return to this place, if I do visit another boa steakhouse it definitely will not be Manhattan Beach.

Late Sunday lunch/dinner before the dodger game was great. Always a great neighborhood visit. One of our favorites.

Our server Jason was amazing and made sure we had a great experience. The warm cookies and ice cream were delicious.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! Great Food, Great Service, Pricing was a little high. Best Petite Filet! Better than RuthChris', better than Flemmings, better than Morton's. Portion size for the mashed potatoes should have been a little larger. Overall Outstanding we will be going again. Thanks to the the staff and management.

What an amazing place. My new favorite steakhouse. It's not easy on the wallet, but it's worth every penny.
