I always enjoy Chili's. There food is unpretentious and the quality is predictable. This was no different. I had a burger from the 3 for me menu. The service was great and everything was tasty, as always.

Really good Chili's!

We were seated almost right away during dinner time, our waitress and the manager were super attentive and kind to us.

The food came out rather quickly and it was super hot and delicious.

Seems everywhere in California you have to be either White or Hispanic to relieve service. Will be going corporate.

I rolled up and the host was sleepin on us, didn't give us a table until Brian the homie waiter came thru. He knew we been waitin hella long, so he hooked us up. Service was straight fire, grub was hot and on point. Brian was all over us, makin sure we were good. Excellent service fo shizzle

Chili's is back on my list! The TikTok 'Triple Dipper' was amazing, and the food and drinks were perfect. The service was quick and friendly. With all the new restaurants, Chili's still holds its own. A classic at its finest.

My family and I ate here for dinner on 1/17/2025. We found a hair in two separate dishes and informed the staff both times. The manager on duty Stephanie didn’t think we should receive a refund for our entire bill even though we stopped eating and left. She credited our bill for the two items that the hairs were found in. I wasn’t in the mood so I left because I still need to feed my family. I called the next day and spoke to Ricardo. He had me drive back up there, explain my situation, show and show him my receipt. He apologized and stated that I would be refunded for my entire meal. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AA REFUND YET! Now every time I call he’s not there and everyone else says he has to complete the process. I just tried calling today and now number is disconnected!!!!🤮🤮🤮

Came for happy hour, super disappointed maybe 3 beers on happy hour meanu and 3 margs no food on happy hour and it was a total bust and disappointment. Looking for a good happy hour DONT COME TO CHILIS!

I can with a friend and ordered a cocktail . I had to send it back due to it tasting more like sugar and sweeteners the next drink was plain like water . I have to say the manager Courtney listened to my feedback but did not offer any suggestions for better experience next time .
possibly a gift card or an offer of another type of cocktail would have been helpful. Not to mention The waiter brought boneless chicken instead of what my friend ordered so we waited an additional time and still no type compensation for making this experience long and unpleasant
