My go-to spot for matcha when I’m in Manhattan Beach. It’s located in the Manhattan Beach mall outdoor area and they have free wifi. Indoor and outdoor shaded seating available. You order at the counter and then get your order. The house special bagel sandwich is filling and I like that for when I’m feeling hungry. The empanada is more of a snack; I’ve tried the spinach and cheese and it was fine. The strawberry matcha latte is on the sweet side but it’s my favorite....
This location is within the mall, easy to find parking, ordering is quick and simple.

Ordered an iced Dirty Chai with oatmilk
I give it a 5/5, well made & not overly sweet
Not too much searing indoors, there are plenty places to sit and drink/eat right outside on the patio or further into the courtyard near the water fountain.

The matcha latte and vanilla cinnamon (Teddy) latte were fine and tasted a notch up from Starbucks. They use Califia for their non-dairy milk which isn’t my favorite as it tastes watered down, but this is just my personal preference. Service is friendly and I loved the outdoor space. Overall the coffee is decent and gives you your caffeine fix!
