Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop for dinner my husband and I both had the double chicken tostada salad. The food was very good and fresh. The workers were all very nice and helpful. The place was nice and clean even the restroom was very clean.

The place has changed so much since new management took over. Service is great and the staff seem happy and are welcoming. The food is much better too, fresh and actually warm when served. Happy to be able to come back and enjoy this location again. Hats off to the new management.

I used to go to this El Pollo loco during covid but it started to go downhill. I believe it went under new management and now it is light years better than before. I now recommend going back. The salads are freshers, the chicken tastes better, the staff are friendly and the place is clean.

If you like roast chicken, it is the reference place to eat it, I went 5 times and I accompanied it with pasta with cheese and mashed potatoes. Everything is very good. Besides, the service is very good, and it takes less than 1 minute to serve us. I wish this franchise would come to Spain.

Ask for extra cilantro dressing and pay $.55 for watered down dressing. They had zero napkins and to top it off, the girl working the drive thru window had a horrible attitude. I never want to return to this location. Go to the one on Oceangate and Roscrans if you want great service!
