This place may not be the fanciest, but it is sure delicious. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Food was delicious. Margaritas were good, too. We really enjoyed this place and would have come back if we found it sooner!

Loooooove this place. My food is always so delicious, I almost always get enchiladas suizas and it’s so good every time. Everyone who works here is always friendly!

Yummy local haunt through all the years. Got to meet up with an old friend visiting in town and it seemed like a good place to go.

My wife and I enjoy Mexican food. We googled Mexican food and found El Sambrero on Artesia Blvd. The staff are amazing. Friendly and very knowledgeable with menu items. We stated with chips and salsa. The chips and salsa are freshly made. Probably the best salsa I’ve ever tasted. The menu has a variety of delicious items to choose from. My wife ordered the #6 combo. (Beef taquitos). The portions are a pretty good size. The taquitos were loaded with plenty of shredded beef. I ordered the #9 combo.
( Cheese Enchilada with a Beef Tamale). Both entrees were delicious. Combos come with beans and rice. The beans were creamy and full of flavor. The rice was delicious as well. We enjoyed every bite. Would highly recommend this place. If you’re a sports fan, they have sports playing on the tvs. We were there on a Sunday, of course NFL games were broadcasting that day. Come enjoy some of the best Mexican cuisine in the area.

Been coming here since I was 5! It’s just as good literally 30 years later. Best salsa. Best people working there. Just the best.

Good, casual place. Friendly, efficient staff, hearty portions. Cozy booths for dining in, very convenient for take out as well. Local favorite.

Nothing fancy here, just your regular Mexican joint with standard combos. I had the potato tacos with beans and rice, no cheese anywhere. It was decent, but would probably just order for take out next time.

Solid three stars. Food not that great, friendly staff and average prices. Probably wouldn’t come again.
