What a truly enjoyable restaurant. Genuine and sincere all around: the food, the service and the ambience. It's a great spot for enjoying yourself at the raw bar of sports bar by yourself, date night, dinner with friends, family dinner (with kids), etc. They have a pretty extensive menu with weekly night special. I contemplated giving them 4 or 5 stars but decided to go with the 5 star rating because they are not pretentious and their food is decent value for good quality...
I was staying a block away and stopped in for lunch. I was looking to get some fresh fish and veggies and I got exactly what I was looking for. In addition the service was top notch.
I wish I had taken more photos but we were starving! The Swordfish special was outstanding. My Ahi Bowl was fabulous tho I would have loved some dried nori on it. Friend had Baja tacos and wolfed them down, would have loved 3 in the order rather than 2, but they were definitely satisfied. Great lunch.
