I had been wanting to try Fishing with Dynamite for some time. When the opportunity presented itself I was delighted. Imagine my distress when my companion and I had to swat flies away for the entire meal. The waitstaff seemed surprised when I asked if they had a table fan to help. I have to say that this has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. It's not just great food but a restaurant with love and soul behind it. The team cares about their guests and it shows. We were just there for our anniversary. Our server ( I wish I has her name) was outstanding. Excellent wine suggestions, attentive and kind. Tight but cozy tables nestled in a small corner part of the building. They managed to fit an oyster bar and bar-bar which seats about 4 people each. It's bright and thoughtfully decorated. Drinks are created by master bartender (friendly and fun guy) and wait staff are knowledgeable about the oyster varieties as well as the menu.
