Great service. Terrible food. Everything was fried or full of mayo. Void of creativity or flavor. The sashimi was poor quality too. I was duped by the legacy of good reviews. Regret this choice and would never go back.

I recently dined at Fusion Sushi, which is typically our go-to casual spot for family and friends. The food is usually quite good, with a wide variety of fresh sushi. However, I must admit that the service leaves much to be desired. The staff tends to be inattentive and unresponsive. During our recent dinner with friends and children, we encountered a rather unpleasant incident when one of the sushi rolls had a sizable black hair inside. Fortunately, my daughter noticed it before taking a bite.We promptly informed our server about this unappetizing discovery, but to our disappointment, there was no response or apology from their end. Even more surprising, they failed to remove the item from the final bill.In days when there is such a competition in the restaurant market, it is foolish to go back to a place that does not value or respect regular customers. sad. but we will not return to this place again

We used to frequent this restaurant, but our last visit was dreadful. A huge cockroach ran across the floor, and we approached manager Dan. However, instead of an apology, we encountered rudeness. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I feel like I was just deceived. Instead of creating a safe and hygienic atmosphere for guests, the restaurant violated all standards. This is entirely unacceptable, and I feel that I and my children were put in danger. I will never go back there, and I urge everyone to avoid this place!

That's really disappointing and disgusting.My kid was scared and we didn't get any customer service support.Nobody even said sorry to usAwful place with awful food.Don't go there!

We had a date on Sunday evening. It was such a right choice for us to go to Manhattan beach & have dinner. We planned to go to Sugarfish but changed our mind in the last minute.The service & atmosphere is nice. Asian style, they take care abt their clients. The food is good & affordable. The seasoning is a lil bit plain. If you have tried Japanese food before, the flavor is Japanese. But if not, you should try. I love fresh sashimi but my bf, he liked fried chicken & others. So the bill is $73. I think it’s affordable in this nice restaurant & in Manhattan beach.Dietary restrictions: Fresh fish, seafood & green teaParking: 2 hours limitedKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I dined here on 7/29 with a party of 7. 4 of the 7 of us (from different households) came down with food poisoning within 48 hours. We were able to trace it back to a handful of rolls. The restuarant did absolutely nothing to rectify our concerns. We were forced to call the health dept who did an investigation and fined them. Do NOT eat here. It is unsanitary.
