Ike's Love & Sandwiches

Sandwiches are good but the workers are VERY SLOW and it took them 35 minutes to make me 2 sandwiches to go, there were maybe 1-2 people in front of me. Very slooooow, not really worth the wait at this point.

False Advertising combos for $4.50

Broad working here is unprofessional and very negative.

Can't speak to the entire chain but this place has gone down hill. Super skimpy on portions to the point where most bites are only bread - and the bread sucks now.
Also don't order anything with avocados because they are brown and nasty.

Very tasty food that is always quick and served with a smile. They have a lot of options so you can’t go wrong here. The caramel apple sucker is a nice touch too! Always happy when grabbing something to go here!

NOPE never again. Grumpy male employee working in the evening. Ordered their most expensive sandwich, barely any chicken in it, drenched with vinaigrette which made the bread soggy. Couldn't taste anything else other than vinegar. $20+ spent, lesson learned. Not sure about there other locations but this one is a Hard

Had a very bad experience at this location. Picked up an online order and every sandwich I ordered was wrong and had almost nothing on it. The vegetarian sandwich was missing 3 of the 5 ingredients. The vegan sandwich had cheese on it. I called and explained. They apologized and said my card would be fully refunded. This was a month ago and have not received my refund. Will not return to this location. The other locations have been much better.

First time here & first time ever trying Ike’s….i gotta say guys, for what the location & food lacked, Darnell, the cashier made up for BIG TIME, what a great guy. Awesome attitude, very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & just an overall pleasure to interact with (something AI will never be able to accomplish) the place could use better seating & the prices are…well pricey AFFF but it is a damn good sandwich for sure, but damn $4.65 for a bottle of root beer? That’s wild. Again, Darnell made it all much easier to hand over $21 for a sandwich & soda with his awesome attitude. I would most definitely promote the young man asap as from what I’ve seen, he’s very, very capable & deserving of it ?? keep it up young man, with that attitude & drive, you’ll go far in life bud ?? ….Also the young man & woman working with Darnell were also great…very polite, helpful & great attitudes. The 4 of us had a great, brief conversation about the strange quarter I found in my pocket (American Samoa) ….. anyway, the 3 of them make a great team & should definitely be cultivated to be moved up within the company ??

On 5/13 at 5PM, my boyfriend and I were given the worst customer service ever at this location. The cashier (only female there) was extremely rude, spoke over me as I was ordering, and was staring at me with a disgusting expression on her face as I told her our order. She rolled her eyes every time I spoke. I tried to look past her attitude and clear disdain for her job, asked her a question regarding the allergens for bread as I ordered a vegan style sandwich. She told me she had no idea what was in any of the bread, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. It is actually illegal to not disclose allergens at a food establishment. Having an employee with no knowledge is a liability. The interaction was so bad, my boyfriend who is the calmest and friendliest person in the world, said NOPE and lead me out of the store. Her behavior was childish and unwarranted, the manager of this location should be made fully aware and reconsider the employees they have hired. For the worker -it’s no customers fault you clearly don’t like what you do for a living, do better.
