Original burger was great manager on duty was nice and friendly, for burger fries drink was under 20 dollars. I will definitely be back great service and fresh food

We arrived to this specific location at 8:40pm and the hostess had just locked all the doors and turned the ‘Open’ sign off, even though on their website it says they don’t close until 9:30pm. There was a customer sitting at the counter eating their food, yet the hostess refused to open the doors for us and insisted that they were closed when again their website clearly states that they do not close until 9:30pm. Either update the website or consider training your staff with better customer service.

Came here for lunch today. We got the rocket single, some chili cheese fries and my daughter got a kids meal with the two mini cheeseburgers and a strawberry Oreo shake. Service was great and friendly, food was on point. Haven’t been to a Johnny Rocket’s in years, but it was great!

Came here yesterday and ordered burgers, bacon cheese fries and onion rings they were so good. Burgers were so fresh and buns toasted perfectly. Onion rings were perfection. Strawberry /banana shake w whipped cream was a treat. My salad was fresh and the right amount of chicken. It was the best meal I've had in awhile. We looked as happy as our happy ketchup smiles . The service was great! Everyone who works there is super nice. It's local and plenty of parking. Sorry I have no pics I was too excited to eat I didn't take any.

This Johnny Rockets really brought back some nice high school memories when I came to this location in Manhattan Beach. It's in the same plaza as Gelson's Market and there is plenty of parking to be found. My daughter and I came between lunch and dinner time, so it was not busy. We ordered a kids cheeseburger and upgraded the drink to a milkshake (my daughter LOVED that upgrade option) and also the chili cheese hotdog and a malt for myself, of course. If you come to Johnny Rockets, you must order a milkshake. It's a must. The service was great and the food came out very quickly. The server even gave my daughter the Johnny Rockets hat and activity set for her to draw and color. She really had a blast eating there. I am bummed that you don't get to put in nickels into the music box at each table now to choose your music. You have to download an app to suggest a music genre to play.

Service here is exceptional! The snowman ketchup art was a nice touch around the holidays, and the mushroom swiss burger was great. If you come in, go get yourself a malt or shake definitely the best part of the meal. Perfect lunch spot for friendly staff and a fine meal.

Hadn't been in a Johnny rockets in ages, bf and I were around the area and stoped by. Outdoor seating with heater and a clear curtain were available, which is where we sat because we had our dog. From the beginning Ernesto our server was super attentive and friendly. Gave my dog a water bowl without me asking, gave my bf a sample of a dipping sauce so he could try before ordering the item. Overall stupendous service, I have worked in the customer service field for over 15 years and with that comes a "higher expectation " of what I expect. Ernesto, you went above and beyond to serve us, you deserve a raise.

Walked in and walked right out. Over half the tables had not been cleaned. There were dirty trays and trash all over the tables, with no one attempting to clean them in sight. Very unpleasant scene. Can't rate the food unfortunately.
