We used to dine there frequently when we lived on the East Coast, so we were excited to find one in our new neighborhood. Just last week, we ordered takeout from there. I shared the lentil soup with my husband, but a few hours later, we both experienced extreme nausea, followed by vomiting.
The only other food we ate that day was shared with the rest of the family, and they were completely fine. This made us quite certain that the soup was the cause. To prevent a similar incident, we called the restaurant the next morning and spoke with someone who identified as the manager. We explained the situation, hoping they would address the issue to avoid further contamination.
However, the response we received was disappointing. The manager only mentioned that there is a staff member eats the soup daily, so he would check with them. He didn’t ask for our names, contact information, or even offer a simple, “I hope you feel better.” no follow up.
We understand that things like this can happen, but the lack of care and concern in how they handled the situation was disheartening.

I came here for breakfast with a friend. The egg skillet I got was okay, I feel like it was too simple for the price. The iced coffee I got was okay too, a bit watery. It wasn’t bad, but i don’t believe I’ll come here again. Good location though! And the atmosphere was cute.

We have been coming here for years and years. The service odd unfailingly friendly and accommodating. The food is very tasty and the location can’t be beat. It’s a wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by.

Don't make the same mistake I did, I bought a jar of brunette that wasn't sealed and was dry on the top. The store didn't want to know anything. It's not their fault it's not sealed so-called. No commercial gesture

Restaurantji Recommends
High flow cafe/Bakery plenty of seating area out side and a decent amount of seating inside. The green tea is fantastic and so are the pastries. They have the cutest lead barista there, be sure leave Fernanda a tip! You can sub out most of anything with another ingredient. Flexible menu and quant drinks highly recommend. If you come here don't expect big portions. Food quality Is based not on taste but rather quality and freshness of the ingredients. Food is also flavored to taste. Be sure to bring outside spices and condiments. Their array of sauces is lack luster mostly consisting of Cholula and sugar in the raw. Wait time can vary from 5 to 10 minutes depending on complexity of the drink and current foot traffic. Drinks always come out first before your food, which adds variability to your wait time.

This is the worst service I've ever received. I was taking breakfast to go, they threw it to me as if I begged for free. I ordered a sandwich with a green salad. The salad was never served to me. Then I stood for 10 minutes to get a fork. I'm never coming back here.

One of the best lunches we had in the USA. The prices are quite high but for my part it is worth it. The pains au chocolat of this restaurant have nothing to envy of those of France.
