Manhattan Bread & Bagel

Ordered the roasted veggie sandwich in ciabatta. Was supposed to have roasted peppers, eggplant and zucchini. Was almost all zucchini which didn’t look roasted - merely sliced v thinly. No eggplant and minimal roasted peppers which were lacking in flavor. Pesto was overly oily - not great flavor. Bread was v fresh and soft.

Judging by the line it’s still a big favorite in the neighborhood but quality has dropped since my last visit several years ago.

Got Sourdough bread for the first time. It beets alot of store bought bread. But not even close to Bread Lounge in DTLA.

This place has great bagels, the lox sandwich is delicious, bagel w/cream cheese are just like the ones from NYC. The chocolate chip cookies are awesome, the bran scone is unbelievable.. wish I could order these for delivery to Chicago!

I go nearly every morning before work, the food is always delicious, the staff is made up of only the friendliest people I’ve ever met and regardless of how busy it is I have always had the best start to my day there!

Perfect for a quick meal but add extra time - sometimes orders take awhile.

So. I love these guys ...but you cant let them become inconsistent and I say to everyone..when u get a item.. sand...bagel with stuff on it. ....and your spending 15..16 if the portions are pathetic. ....let them know Immed ..can't do!!

Got a whitefish on a bialy... Was like so so small. I'm only comparing because I go to Sam's on Montana and it like 3 times as big.

At that price it's got to seem like a decent value. Again. I love these guys but the portions can be anemic

Manger get your portions bigger. Be consistent.

This place deserves all the business it gets and then some! My favorite bagel place ever - and one of my favorite breakfast spots period!
Very high quality ingredients, incredibly reasonable prices for both the bagel sandwiches and coffee, freshly made bread with no crap additives, and awesome service! A bagel sandwich for less than $10 on the west side is almost unheard of, but they do it here. And it’s really really good!! And the coffee is less than $3 too!! I’m happy to keep supporting them over and over. Get the egg on a bagel on the works ;)

The orange juice they sell for $3.50 is bottled orange juice they buy at the store. It is not fresh made like it says in the label they put on the cup. When I did let someone know they looked bothered that I even told them

Amazing bagels everything is very high quality, the Canadian bacon and egg was ridiculously good, a little pricey but not bad considering the area and prices of other establishments.

Stale bread items....third time trying this place in the last couple of years...stale bagels and sourdough bread...won't be stopping again...better luck at WF for bread and Noah's bagels are more predictably fresh

My coworker recommended Manhattan Bagel and now I understand why she goes there daily since the food taste very good with portions that actually fill you up until lunch without needing snacks!

Awful, so many people behind the counter, yet only one could take my order and ring people up. While other girls just stand and watch. Attitudes sucked and bread was Awful. Not going back

Great bagels but do not rely on ordering ahead to assure that you receive what you want. Popular items run out and you don't get them in your order even if ordered days ahead. Staff doesn't seem to care.
