Came by the other night after work because I was tired and didn’t want to have to cook dinner. I pull into the drive thru and the employee asks if we ordered through the app, I don’t use the app so I say “no” and he says “okay.” The electronic menu board in the drive thru was just a full page ad for the app so I ask if he could change it so I could see the menu. After a brief pause he just says “no.” I sat there in disbelief for a moment before leaving and taking my business to In-n-Out where I spent half as much as I would have at McDonalds for food that actually tastes good.

We ordered in store ( there were only 2 other tables in use) and waited for 25 minutes for 2 burgers, 2 cokes and a fry. We got home and the upsold fries were only half full. If I wanted a small fry, I would have ordered that instead of a large. For the increases in price, poor service and underwhelming quality, I recommend you stay away.

The manager in afternoon last week she very rude and in this moment again she not a professionally and the cashier name he is Irando and the manager and ask again for her name she very rude it’s talk and talk and said both talk and talked only I said “This store has lost a lot of points because the afternoon manager is very rude and inattentive. It's a shame that there are better people who need this job and can't get it because I think she shouldn't be a manager. She doesn't have a good attitude and argues with custome”

Bathroom has no soap, you grab a number when ordering to place on the table just for them to call your number for you to pick it up. They don't have napkins or condiments within ease of access. Definitely never coming back here again.
