Well I must say this was the employee that handled all 3 of my orders I’m not sure what substance she was under as she read the first order that they made wrong and gave me no napkins. Second order she came up called me then walked to the back with my order to then apologize as she was chatting away on her phone and laughing with another employee mind you they were not busy no one was in the drive thru they had only 1 online order being prepared and as you can see they only had one order on there entire screens and were very well staffed compared to the majority of McDonald’s I visit on a regular. Mind you all of this I could totally handle until my 3rd order was left there she was wiping her snot when I came over I then watched her pick her nose and eat the snot right off her bare hands she was handling our food with which made my stomach literally turn so hard that’s disgusting 🤮 not cool at all go to the bathroom clean your hands your handling peoples food as a waitress of over 11 years I normally don’t like to even get involved in leaving a negative review as it can be potentially damaging to the employee but in this case there’s a major health violation concern that should be addressed immediately.

Worst location ever!! the heavy large lady with the tight bun is the meanest woman ever. she should not have a job with that attitude. the food sucked too and the worked allowed a man to solicit items to each customer 👎

Do not eat at this McDonald’s it’s probably not even a true chain. The big workers suck! The food was horrible. The patties were so salty. The chicken nuggets were so stale. You can’t even ask for a straw they give you dirty looks. Very understaffed, or just plain horrible employees I’m not sure what the case is, but they didn’t even have ranch. How can a McDonald’s not have ranch?

This McDonald’s SUCKS I usually love McDonald’s and get it as a treat but I was so disappointed the food sucked and the large big back female employee was extremely mean NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION 0/10 this ruined my day I can’t explain how bad my experience was

Very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Manhattan Beach. I showed up at 12 AM, well before the posted closing time of 1 AM (according to both Google and the McDonald’s app). Not only was the location already closed, but the staff said they always close at midnight. If that’s true, then why does everything say 1 AM?
To make matters worse, the app still allowed me to place an order—and process payment—despite the store being closed. That’s completely unacceptable. If the store is closed, the app should reflect that and not take people’s money. Please update your hours and fix the app to prevent this from happening to others.
Everyone at this McDonald’s deserves all the praise. After living directly next to this McDonald’s for a year- I have never seen a staff so meticulously clean and take care of every inch of their space so diligently both inside and out. I’ve seen a lot of weird stuff coming through the parking lot and the staff takes care of it all right away. Whoever manages the cleanliness of the parking lot deserves all the raises because he is out there ALL the time cleaning up after other people- even coming over to our townhome area to pick up trash if it seems related to the McDonald’s. I’ve ate inside twice and the experience was the same- attention to detail, fast, can recognize my hands are full with two toddlers and help where they can, you don’t get that type of self-starter/motivated going above and beyond employee at every dining establishment. Thank you.

Found fruit flies in our drinks (April 2025), so there just be something going on with pests at this location.
cation has the old school look to it, but the good and customer service are solid. Drive through line was quick.
Very close to a HS, so it gets busy during weekdays after school gets out.
