Hi, I come to your Manhattan Beach store regularly for your raw milk and kefir, and recently have gotten some supplements there.Last time I was in the store mid-day to get a certain brand of supplement, there was no one available in the vitamin department to help. The cashier said about the vitamin department person that she was "on break"--and didn't offer anyone else to assist me either--like: sorry that's just the way it is!I was persistent and said can someone else help me, and finally she got someone to come help me find the product.Then today I called the store to ask if you carry a specific brand, and was on hold for five minutes, pushing the "push 2 for vitamins dept" repeatedly with no answer. Finally a woman come on, and said the vitamin dept staff was "on break"...I asked if she could find someone not on break to assist me, and she said hold on. After two minutes holding, a voicemail came on saying no one was available to take my call. Super frustrating.I've also called before during business hours and no one ever picked up.I like Mother's and would like to shop with you, and need to tell you the lack of customer service I'm experiencing is off-putting.I've worked with training customer service, and for a clerk to say, "oh they're on break" without further offering to assist the customer is poor form.This day and age where we have a lot of choices for where to shop, including online, the comparison to in-store service at Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's is really evident; where they walk you to the location of the item you're asking for, and check if you need anything else before letting you go. Basically make sure you're satisfied.I know Mothers is a different more earthy vibe, which is one reason I like it. Probably a smaller staff as well. I would just like to request another step in your customer service awareness and training if possible.Thank you

Leaving this review based on service Alone. Or should I say "no service." I greet the cashier with a "Hi." No hi back nor smile. After checking out, I say "thank you." Her only response is. "Receipt?" Wow, based on that alone, I will stick with our friendly TJs that is walking distance from this market. Siri is more friendly than the robot working here!

Trader Joe's was out of everything on Thanksgiving and actually told me to go across to mothers market. They were fully stocked and super helpful. Beautiful market with excellent produce and amazing products. Across between Grow Manhattan Beach and Gelsons and Bristol Farms! I will be shopping here more often!

a really good quick breakfast option that fills you up and also can get your juices on the way, really good prices as well. 100% recomend this place

Usually frustrated when people leave reviews about the services but wow, is it bad here (smoothies aren't great either honestly). We ordered 4 smoothies and it took an hour for the person to make them. It was not busy, and she seemed not rushed at all or that she cared about her job. There was no friendliness of service, she actually was pretty rude, and no labels on the drinks so we're not sure whose was whose. Go to any other juice place in the area, it's LA so you have plenty of options.
I'm leaving a less than stellar review because on multiple occasions the price rang up for higher than what was advertised. Some of the time I did ask them to adjust which they did, other times I already got to my car before noticing it rang for higher. I didn't want to look like an ass and go back just for a few cents or a couple dollars. But what a way to scam people out of their money. Another thing is one time I went to the smoothie bar and had a request to substitute items in my smoothie and the guy, don't know if he got annoyed or what, but he ended up blending all the trash in there as well , i.e. the lemon seeds and it was terrible. Not cool. There are not a lot of things that I can go here for when it is cheaper and more convenient at other stores.

Christy the cashier doesn’t care about customers, she won’t greet you when you walk in and she won’t even say a word while scanning your items .How hard is it to say : “Hi , did you find everything ok? How are you today”?It’s not like this place has a line out the door. Every customer should be treated with respect to make sure they come back.
