Welcoming staff, asked for a few recommendations and ended up picking one of their popular options, the chocolate- chocolate bundt cake; and it was deliciously perfectly, airy , and moist. Definitely will be coming back soon!!

Placed an order several days in advance for the three small cakes tower as a Christmas gift. Delivery was requested for Christmas eve, five miles from the store. I received a text after the requested delivery time advising that the order is canceled. Minutes later I called the store and they're closed. Called DD, they confirm that the store canceled the order. Now I'm very upset, disappointed, and now in a bind. Even if we needed to pick the order up, that could have happened if that was an issue and expressed to us. Never again

We just love Nothing Bundt Cakes. Every store is pretty much the same. You can eat there or take home. We took ours home. This store is just wonderful. The service is nice and fast. They have Pumpkin Bundt cake right now so get there. They don't have them all year.

The place is ever so clean and all of the cakes are fresh and never too sweet. They have the best frosting on them. They have a nice variety of cakes, from chocolate to lemon and a lot in-between.

The prices are so fair for what you get and your cake will stay fresh for days. They are individual cakes, but it really is enough to share with another. I think you can order full size bundt cakes, but ask them or call. They actually answer the phone.

It is just a super fun place to go and you will love it.

It all started with the ad I bumped into, which calling out for signing up for a BOGO offer for the bundtlet, which’s basically their mini bundt cake.

Going to their El Segundo store, it was such cute space that looked more like a party equipment store with colorful cutesy decorations in every single corner. It just sparked joy being there and the theme felt so celebratory. The super warm service certainly complemented the overall experience.

They also just launched their Strawberry Cheesecake flavor, which was one of my favorite cakes among my uber long list, so without any second thought that went to my first order. Blame me for putting doubt on NBC, this was like next-level bundt cake with super moist texture and pleasant surprise of cream cheese stuffing in between. The strawberry jam on top perfected it with refreshing taste. Another part I loved was certainly the frosting, which typically for me indicated how I would rate a cake as it’s the part I either really fancied or wouldn’t touch at all if it didn’t suit my liking.

For my second, I went classic with the carrot cake one, and giving extra self-treat I went for extra frosting. I unfortunately didn’t rate this second one as high as the first, as it’s tad dry for my carrot cake preference.

That Strawberry Cheesecake certainly set high bar to beat LOL. As they had much more flavors to try, I could easily see myself going back for more.

PSA, these bundtlet despite looking small, it’s actually pretty filling. If you weren’t that much into sweets or desserts, I’d recommend sharing.

Been going here forever, and everything has changed so much.

To start: the last time I was here, I received red velvet cupcakes that had NO chocolate chips. When I called and asked this time I was ordering, they said that it was a mistake. When I picked the order and checked it, there were no chocolate chips. Again. So clearly that was a lie.

The frosting has gotten INSANELY smaller. It’s actually insane how the shrinkflation works. Their prices get higher and frosting gets smaller.

Please stay away from here. There’s many better options.

Great place to get a bundt cake. Have ordered several mini-birthday cakes from here and have never been disappointed. The cakes are super moist and the icing (while super sugary) is great. Will be back the next time my cake itch and need arises.

I placed and paid for an online order for next day pickup. I Immediately realized I ordered the wrong size (8" instead of 10) Because there was no option to cancel, I decided to wait until this location opened to see if I should just place a new order or if I could just pay the difference for the larger size when I got there (obviously letting them know in advance so the correct size would be ready). It didn't matter to me either way, so whatever was easier to remedy the problem, I would do. I called when they opened, explained the situation, gave my name and order information, and was told that it would be no problem to simply pay the difference when I picked up the cake. I told them exactly what I wanted, which was simply the larger size. Four hours later, I go to pick-up my order, was told the cost difference and paid, then, before I was given my change, the woman at the counter tells me "just so you know, it's going to be a 30 minute wait". I'm obviously shocked and more than annoyed, considering I literally called ahead and explained everything. Why on earth would I have to wait 30 minutes for them to "frost a new cake"? What was the point in calling ahead?! I explained all this and asked why that was the case, considering that I already called and ASKED what to do. The cake should have been ready. I didn't just show up and decide to make a last-minute change. I called ahead and was instructed that all I had to do was pay the difference when picking up. No problem. And if that was a problem, I could have just placed a new order. It was so absurd, but she basically shrugged her shoulders until I told her I couldn't wait and asked for a refund. When she came back to the register, I was offered one of the cakes that was sitting in the front display. Never received an apology for the screw up and refusal to give me a fresh cake. I took what they had because I was on my way to the birthday that they cake was for and didn't have time to wait or go back and forth over the terrible customer service. It wasn't until I left and was too far to turn back that I realized that the rude clerk also hadn't given me my change. I've been to this location multiple times and never experienced this level of incompetence and rudeness, but I see several comments now that let me know this isn't an abnormal occurrence. Definitely won't be back.
