Saturday afternoon and many of the entrees were not available, empty woks. This is the first Panda Express I have visited with this lack of menu options.

Rude, can't be bothered employees, very disappointed with this visit. To start a manager & employee standing out front discussing hours worked, not a front of store discussion.. Both employees inside had an attitude that seemed like I was a bother for them to serve me. Sad because I have in the past had great service here. Time to get those employees back, or at least hire employees that aren't bothered by work.

This Panda Express knows how to do their job. Very fast, efficient, friendly, workers. The food is very fresh. I use the app to earn points. They offer for you to redeem them when you pay. Keep up the good work.

Panda Express is one of the most reasonably priced chain restaurants with fabulous nutritious and delicious food. My only issue was that the wok fried shrimp was a little too spicy for me. I note that I really have very little tolerance to hot spicy dishes. I would have liked some warning that the wok fried shrimp had chili in it. Nevertheless, I added some plain rice to my meal when I got home and it was fine. My friend happily eats chili and he loved his meal.

to set the scene : it’s Wednesday night 8:55pm 5 minutes til closing at Panda Express.. I walked in the doors , boom . Kim was the Only one to shout out hell o & flash me with that beautiful smile of hers , she was welcoming , warming & extremely attentive!! Then she proceeded to take everyone’s order that came before me & knocked that line down ! EASY . As soon as it was my turn I expressed that I needed them spring rolls but I noticed there weren’t anymore . But KIM WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO ENSURE MY NEEDS WERE MET ! She went into that kitchen & whipped up two orders of springrolls for ME . Sweet ole me . &&&& OFFERED SWEET & SOUR SAUCEEE. Oh em gee . Just amazing. I paid , he laughed & I seen this survey & was like “hey does this help you.?” & KIM was like “yeah dude” & boom here we are . 😎 it’s safe to say .. I needed that… & When you see this Kim . Know you a real one . 🙏🥀…

Stopped in quickly for some chow mein, which was fresh and tasty. They had a good selection of dishes that all looked fresh. Restaurant was clean and staff were helpful.

I'm one of those who generally doesn't write reviews - however in this case I made an exception. I actually first wrote an email to Panda Express Company to let them know about our low food quality - but sadly no response, which fueled this review. The food we ordered online at the Manhattan Beach location was well below edible. Burned food is never okay to serve! The Panda Express meal was a complete waste of money. It was all throw away.
Go anywhere else - and enjoy your meal! 😉 PM

I had with those people kon pow chicken and they said very funny the chicken I started looking through my chicken closely. It was imitation chicken. I took my plate back. They refused to talk back to me or to answer if it is or it is not imitation, they refuse to comment I called in the manager and the owner was there oriental lady, she kept staring I end up asking for my money back. I didn’t wanna eat no more cause I don’t know what I was eating left front counter and went back in the back. They give me my money refused to give me the receipt and they just walk away.

The cashier ignored me as I walked in and stood at the online pickup order line. They were working with a woman on a large order as I stood there waiting. He moved what felt like intentionally slowly and didn't acknowledge me. It got to the point of me waiting for so long, about 10 mins and I can see my order, that the customer that he was helping encouraged them to help me out, to which they got a short "no". After he finished the order, he continued to pretend like I wasn't there and didnt exist. Another employee finally came over to help me. It took almost 10 mins to just pick up an order. There were multiple employees who chose to not help me, nor explain while it was talking so long. On top of it, they didnt give me the right order! I've nrver left a negative review before, but that was incredibly frustrating. I won't be eating at this facility again
