My two favorite bowls are the electric pink and peanut butter pipeline. I prefer the pitaya over the açai. Paradise bowls is consistent and the price is fair for the portion you get / the ingredients they use. The staff are friendly and often local students. Good beach vibe.
This is my third attempt at placing an online order. I’m ordering hours before they close yet all three times they’re not accepting orders. I went in person to their hermosa location and it was a 30 minute wait. There was no one in line they were just backed up with online orders.
Love the concept, love the drinks, and my favorite is the peanut butter banana
Pitaya bowl, size medium. Absolutely delicious, if you like fresh fruit this is a must if at Manhattan Beach.
I had one of their bowls, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and packed with the perfect mix of fruits, granola, and toppings. The açaí was smooth and refreshing, and the portion was generous. You can really taste the quality in every bite! The location is great, just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect post-beach treat.
The best Açai bowls in California.
Every time I visit Cali, I have to make a trip to Paradise Bowls in Manhattan beach. Fresh toppings, great taste and great portion sizes. Every time I bring someone here, it becomes their new Fav. My go to bowls are The Gaucho and the chocolate arc.
It’s my family’s routine to walk on the beach and grab a bowl once or twice a week after school. Today, around 4:50PM, we ordered two bowls from a girl and waited outside as usual. A boy was preparing the bowls for us. When the bowls were almost done, we tried to go inside but found the door locked. The girl glanced at us and ignored us, making us feel like we were wasting her time. Finally, she opened the door with a sour expression to let us in. I told her, “If you don’t welcome the last customer, please let us know so we can decide to leave.”
It’s not a pleasant experience to be locked out after we’ve already paid.

While the contents of the açai bowl were fresh and tasty…the quantity seemed lacking. It would have been great if they had actually included more in the bowl (ie. fully filled it), especially for the price.
I think that someone new in training made our bowls that morning and forgot to include more granola and other ingredients…It was very disappointing as the photos of the bowls others had online seem more in keeping with how much should be included.
I had a “small” açai bowl in Waikiki recently that was fresh and delicious and that was jam packed with fruit, granola, açai and other ingredients…you felt that you really got your money’s worth.
Sadly not with these Paradise Bowls açai bowls. :(

This was such a refreshing treat after being in Manhattan Beach. It was a quick 6 minute walk from the pier. Highly recommend visiting if you are at Manhattan Beach. They do take a bit to make so there is a little bit of a wait after you order.

Acai bowls were good and filling! Although I do wish they had nut butter on them to make them more filling. Nice staff and nice place!
