Sloopy's Beach Cafe

Came here for a late lunch on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. It’s street parking only so be prepared to wait awhile to find somewhere to park. Had their bbq grilled chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. Had it with some delicious crispy fries. This is a small location, so don’t expect big booths to sit in, however, they do have nice wooden tables. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Probably will return to try some of their good looking breakfast food. They stop serving breakfast at 2:00 PM

I was up charged nearly $8 for substituting Mac and cheese for my side of fries without being informed by the server. The Mac n cheese really isn’t that great either. Won’t be doing that again.

Go-to place to rehydrate. Bring in the juices!

Love this place. Every time we are in the LA area we will make the drive to come here. Food hasn’t failed yet. We’ve had the sushi burrito. Lamb burgers. Vegan burrito. Huevos rancheros, club. So ama y different things all have been good.
One girl a server has been there a long time. She’s very pleasant and attentive.

Absolutely love this gem! I brought my friends here and they absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and the food is delicious! They have fun mimosa flights flavors to choose from. All the flora inside is a wonderful touch. Definitely a must visit whenever I’m in Manhattan beach.

My friend and I tried this place for the first time and it was so good! The service is amazing, the food is amazing and the atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend having dinner here if you’re in the area!

The decor and atmosphere is very cute. Very green and full of plants. The staff is very attentive and the brunch here is very good. I had the bistro breakfast sandwich and my friend had the pork Benedict and breakfast tacos that they loved.

The parking is gonna be hard given it's paid and limited in Manhattan beach. The place only seats once your party is here so I suggest having everyone meet so you can get a seat. It wasn't too busy in that sense so I think you won't have to wait long regardless.

Friendly staff and decent food, my friends and I tried the sushi burrito, zucchini sticks (skippable for me), sweet potato tots (just ok too) on the side, some bacon, waffles with fresh fruits (good if you want something sweet), overall it was an ok experience, we had to keep waving around to get the flies to go away which was a bit annoying. They’re also pretty busy so expect some wait time.

Out for a walk on Manhattan Beach and stopped in for lunch. Wonderful staff and tasty meals! We both had the lettuce wraps!

Pretty amazing how this place couldn’t even deliver me a coffee without charging me a dollar for almond milk. They also wanted three dollars extra for potatoes to be included with my eggs Benedict. And the final insult was that they brought the Benedict without any hollandaise sauce on it, and that was an add-on! The servers are trained to be pushy and sell add-ons! Although the place has a nice atmosphere it’s just not worth the money!
