Went in, got a burger with a ton of salt on it, not just my opinion it was a ton of salt. My son went in there and ordered same thing ton of salt. Called store female staff member said I would get credit took my name. Went back to get another Burger, didn't really care it was free, because first Burger was ruined.
Immature staff wanted to argue with the customer about a $6 Burger, while talking to their friends laughing and joking thinking it was funny. Contacted customer service they basically did not even follow up on the credit for my burger.
They did this to two customers already who knows who else. They are lucky because I would give them a big fat zero. Immature, disrespectful unprofessional staff that is representing this company. If this is going on makes me wonder what else is going on in there 😇

Enjoy my first time at Smashburger Jo. Ann most delightful in her service enjoyed the chili cheese dog and the chili cheese truffle. Smash singwe'll be back for more this. Mathe Smashburger saga continues.

Best Brisket burger i have ever tried. Its so good. Server was very cold but i forgot all about it when our food came out. Salted Caramel shake was heavenly. 10/10 Brisket smash burger. Must try again!

Wowsers 🍔🍟it's been a while since I've been here, we live in the IE (Inland Empire) so when going to LAX we always try to stop & grab burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 this place is fantastic, never disappoints... gotta check it out!!!!
