This Starbucks location seems very unwelcoming the employees lack enthusiastic image for such a big coffee brand I personally think it can be better my barista was Phuong btw

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks on Thursday, September 25th, around 11:50 AM. At the time, there were only two female employees working behind the counter.

After we received our order and were leaving the store, one of the employees said “Have a good day,” and we responded politely with a simple “Thank you.” As we walked away, both employees openly mocked us by repeating our words in a sarcastic and exaggerated tone.

It was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. We had been nothing but respectful, and being mocked like that — especially by the only two staff members present — made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

This is absolutely not the kind of behavior I expect from Starbucks staff. I sincerely hope management looks into this, because no customer should be ridiculed for common courtesy.

I went to this Starbucks today for the first time, and while the coffee was great, my experience was ruined by the behavior of two employees. Just before noon, as we were leaving, they mocked us by repeating our “thank you” in a sarcastic way, clearly making fun of us.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A place like Starbucks should make customers feel welcome, not ridiculed. Very disappointing experience because of those two staff members.

Got here at 8:15 p.m. and was told they were closed. The employee then turned around and walked off without any explanation as to why the APP and Google indicated they were open until 9 pm.. I drove an extra 20 minutes out of my way to come here because I wanted to pick up a cold drink after a long day working. The employee had a poor attitude and he again walked off as I tried to explain my frustration at being misguided by the APP. Employee had short black hair and was working with a female in the back of the wall area. Went to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf instead which was about 100 yards away.. I will start going to Coffee Bean from now on..

Rainy Day

First time getting a latte here and was disappointed that my cup was only 1/2-3/4 full, WITH foam. Didn’t notice till I got home but noticed the cup was extra light. Feel ripped off for what is now expensive lattes.
