This brand new location is home to one of the few South Bay drive thru Starbucks. The new building is clean, with plenty of open outdoor parking. The staff are friendly and helpful - the drive thru is quick! A great location to visit, located on the West side of the Pacific Coast Highway / Sepulveda.

Went to this Starbucks today, and the young lady named Avory I believe was her name, was very rude from the beginning. I don't usually go to Starbucks, and I ordered a drink I saw online, it was a white chocolate mocha upside down.. she quickly answered and said "you don't have to say upside down for a mocha" and made a face right after. When she charged me she didn't even say what my total was, once the drink was ready she didn't even call up my name. (She never asked for my name to begin with) I asked her for a straw and put my hand out as she threw the straws on the counter... with a face/attitude once again.

When the coffee was served to our table, we do really expect a good taste of it and we're very happy that the taste was more than what we expected. Something for everybody here!
I'm not claiming to be a Starbucks fan but I will say if someone decides to buy me something, I'll take it. Management from Ralphs in the online pickup department treated another customer and I to a drink as a result of us receiving our online orders late. I took that moment to try out there green tea lemonade drink. Estephina (the spelling of her name may not be correct) was very friendly and made sure she prepared the drink just the way we wanted it. I enjoyed the taste because it was ice cold it had a kick of lemonade and the green tea taste authentic. I'm not trying to become a Starbucks fan but this would put me on the road to doing so.
