The bacon Gouda egg sandwich had maybe 1/3 of a slice of bacon on it and maybe a teeny dollop of Gouda?? Very disappointing.

Horrible Experience! This is the second time! Last time, I ordered a hot Chai Tea Latte and I was given the most cold drink ever! It wasnât even hot! Thatâs not what I paid for! Today, there is a huge line, and I get up to the order window and someone says theyâll be right with me and doesnât come back. I am sitting there for almost 4 minutes and the cars in front of me start to move. I didnât order yet and the others behind me start honking so I have to move. I get up to the window and ask if I can just order 1 short drink and some rude guy comes up and says âgo back around.â Very Rude! Some worker was also coming out to the cars and taking orders. So Rude! So Unorganized! Canât handle rush! Do your self a favor and donât come to this Starbucks!

Once again in the last 2 weeks this store is not open. My online order is cold, again. I wonât be back, and you shouldnât bother.
EVERY time I order here the doors to the store are closed and the employees harrass me since I'm not in a car. It is not a drive thru only station. This is seriously embarrassing. I decide where to go by the hours of service and this store is ALWAYS closed to the public when the hours say different.

Normally this Starbucks is amazing but today this lady at the drive thru was very rude. I asked for a shaken expresso with pecan light ice extra oat milk. She made it seem like the world was ending. Asking me if I want a latte or espresso. Never been asked this before. I told her I was confused because I have never been asked that before. She said in a very rude way âI understand that because we donât make this drink we have to substitute things so hold onâ I then repeated what I wanted and said Iâve never had an issue Iâm shocked. Then after the drink was ordered she asked if I wanted anything else and I proceeded to order a Pumkin late as well and I heard over the mic âjust let me take overâ then the lady was a little nicer. I then drove up to the window and asked why they had to give me so much attitude? She then explained again how the drink isnât on the menu etc but a polite âIâm sorryâ would have worked. I come here every morning before work. Never again. Canât even apologize. Rude rude rude!!! This happened at 940am Wed oct 16th. Hope sheâs held accountable. You picked the job honey!

While I have never had a negative experience with any Starbucks, this store, #66657 is AMAZING! Love the staff here! Always so welcoming, happy, friendly and professional! So worth the extra 15 minutes out of my way to work for the experience here! Keep up the great work!

Starbucks at the Sepulveda & 9th is a welcoming place to sip a morning coffee. Really enjoyed kicking back, working and drinking their fresh brewed Blonde roast. Many Thanks to the early morning; bright, friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my endless cup remained full. Love the return of the café refill and self-service dairy station.
