Food was wonderful. Steaks cooked to perfection. Services was embarrassing for us hosting our special out-of-country guests. Poor etiquette, uninformed waiter and busboy. When asked about the difference between the cuts of petite and regular sirloin, the waiter went on and on to tell us how the petite comes from a dairy cow. TMI. Almost made me want to stick with a vegetarian option, even though I love your steaks. Then, he took forever to take our order, check on us. Not worthy...

We had a terrible experience but the restaurant manager dealt with it gracefully and I am very thankful for her professionalism in handling the situation! 1) Service: our allocated waitress was rarely in the room and took ages despite her section not being full, instead she was chatting with colleagues and being attentive. Outstanding. We came here for the second time. On this occasion it was for our 12th Wedding Anniversary. Delicious Food, great drinks, and spectacular service. Ambiance is great as well. Overall, a great experience for those wanting a nice, refined night out.
